Whether she's breastfeeding her six month old son Miles or cooking naked, Chrissy keeps it totally real on Instagram. But always up for trying something new, Chrissy has even had a bash at Acro Yoga. She's fiercely honest about her baby body and embraces every inch of her bad-ass self.

29. Pixie Geldof, 28
After getting married last year, the socialite and musician has been training at Roar Fitness under former Team GB Speed Skater Matt Lindsay. She's been lifting weights as part of their 12-week programme and has undergone an amazing transformation becoming both leaner and stronger.

28. Zoe Kravitz, 30
The US actress recently recreated the iconic naked Rolling Stone cover her mum Lisa Bonet posed for in 1988, which unashamedly showcased her incredible body. The Fantastic Beasts star stays in shape with regular runs and hikes (and some pretty awesome A-List genes). "I don't have a trainer," she says. "Working out is my alone time. I don't get too fancy."

27. Susannah Reid, 48
The GMB host shocked the nation when she revealed she had lost 14lbs in just two weeks after giving up alcohol in September. She even credited boxing ledge Tyson Fury for encouraging her to cut out milk from her coffee after she was warned by doctors about her BMI. She says of her new tee total lifestyle, "When you cut alcohol out that is an easy couple of pounds. But I do miss letting my hair down."

26. Pixie Lott, 27
She might look like she's slender but Fit List judge and Pixie PT Sarah says she's a tough cookie and she's been lifting weights for years. As she prepares to walk down the aisle with fiancé Oliver Cheshire this year, she's never looked better. We're also totally here for the fact that she says she works out so she can still indulge in her fave treat, pizza. We hear you, Pixie.

25. Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian, 39
The family that trains together stays together and the Kardashians all take part in almost-daily workouts for their hot bods, working alongside trainers Joel 'Coach Joe' Bouraïma and Don Brooks of the Don-A-Matrix method. A typical routine includes squats with a kettlebell, planks, skipping and bicep curls with resistance bands. Even on holiday, gym-bunny Kourtney, 39, doesn't stop, completing 200 chair squats a day, as well as power walks and lunges on the beach.

24. Casey Batchelor, 34
Since the birth of her daughter Flo, Casey has worked hard around her baby's naps to achieve a strong healthy body using yoga. "I'm in the best shape of my life," she told heat. "I've never looked this slim or toned even in my modelling days. As a fully qualified yoga teacher I was always going to turn to yoga but then to ramp up the fat burn, I added in some high intensity exercises. And that's how I developed Yoga Blitz. As soon as I started doing it, the weight began to fall off and now I've lost four stone - half my body weight and five dress sizes!" Casey's Yoga Blitz - 90 Day Challenge App is out now price £14.99 monthly or £30 for 3 months and includes Yoga Blitz routines, nutrition advice and wellbeing.

Halle loves martial arts and says, "Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I can actually defend myself and most importantly... my children! As a woman there is nothing more empowering."

22. Vicky Pattison, 31
After getting into shape in 2013, Vicky has continued to work out and eat healthy, even though now she's all about balance and will never ban herself from the ocassional treat. Now she's the postergirl for #balance.Speaking to heat, Vicky said of her workout routine: "I do a real mixture of things and I love to try new stuff. I've always been an avid fan of functional training, chucking tires about, lifting weights and squatting. When you lift weights you have a tendency for your muscles to become more compact so I've looked at doing things that lengthen them like barre core, yoga, Pilates and I've really enjoyed the changes to my body. I'm definitely keen to keep it up and explore different types of training. I'm constantly challenging my body and keeping it on it's toes. You don't get bored that way and you're feeling like you're always trying something new."

21. Stacey Dooley, 31
Documentary maker Stacey captured our hearts during Strictly Come Dancing as we saw her pro partner Kevin Clifton transform her into an elegant dancer after months of training. But Stacey is also a champion for women and a great role model for young girls Despite her boyfriend being a personal trainer, she mainly exercises by taking her adorable dog Bernie for walks on the beach at her home in Brighton.

20. Nicole Scherzinger, 40
Nicole flies the flag for the message that healthy eating and exercise is as much for your mind as it is for your body. "I don't like diets because they only seem to last for so long - and you really mess with your metabolism," she says. "It's more about balance and moderation. If I deprive myself of things, I tend to go wild afterwards." Wise words…

19. Jada Pinkett Smith, 47
The actress often shares her daily gym sesh on Instagram, but commits to a workout even when the weights machine isn't available. She recently showed off her wall workout, demonstrating a routine of toe taps, knee crosses and wall jumps. Jada occasionally works with trainer Jeanette Jenkins, but insists she doesn't actually need a PT. In fact, she now trains her own daughter, Willow, and the pair exercise alongside Jada's also-ripped 64-year-old mum, Adrienne.

18. Dua Lipa, 23
An Adidas ambassador, Dua Lipa always finds time to squeeze in a workout wherever she is in the world. A fan of boxing, she also incorporates HIIT and yoga to ensure she's ab-solutely ready for anything.Asked how she stays fit, Dua explains: "I try and work out as much as I can. It's such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day. I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I've got a really early call time I don't want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I'm on my way."

17. Caroline Flack, 39
Caz has some of the most enviable legs in showbiz but she works hard to stay in shape, a regular at Roar Fitness where she lifts weights and also at Ibizan retreat The Body Camp. And when she's away from home, she relies on an online yoga school called YogaGlo.

15. Holly Willoughby, 37
Hands up who hasn't fallen head over heels with Holly after her I'm A Celeb presenting gig. She's always looked ay-may-zing but last year saw her increase her fitness and focus on healthy eating to leave her looking her best ever. But despite rumours she's been running and boxing to burn the calories, the presenter refuses to elaborate on how she's slimmed down. "Body image is such a dull subject when there is so much more to talk about," she says. "As long as you're happy and you're healthy, move on.'

14. Emma Willis, 42
We'll admit to having a massive girl crush on Emma who has seen her career soar in recent years. 12. Ashley Graham, 31
A model and body activist, Ashley has campaigned hard to change the traditional perception of female bodies. She hits the gym five times a week and earlier this year she fronted the Run For The Oceans campaign – a 5k run to raise awareness about the threat of marine pollution. Yet she admitted in a recent interview, "I sometimes still hear gasps when I turn the corner on a runway. I may be the only curvy girl in a show, but I feel that I am representing the majority of women when I'm wearing that dress."

11. Lady Gaga, 32
ipped to add an Oscar to her awards haul after her role in A Star Is Born, Lady Gaga has always been vocal about body image. She's spoken honestly about her battle with bulimia and called out body shamers who commented on her stomach at the 2017 Superbowl. But ultimately, she credits her fans for helping her bury her body image demons, saying to them: "My weight/loss/gain since I was child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But YOU have."

10. Amanda Holden, 47
During her recent holiday to The Maldives, Amanda looked fit AF in her bikini and even hit the beach for a run during her stay. She trains with our very own Fit List judge Svava and also loves regular yoga workouts. She says, "There's one exercise called the Breath of Fire which is great for abs. My body got strong and any excess fat disappeared. It's made my tummy flatter."

9. Rochelle Humes, 29
Rochelle smashed it this year when she ran one of the hottest London Marathons on record in just five hours. She regularly gets her burpees on with trainer Pete Mac too. She says, "He basically kills me for an hour or so! But for me, exercise is about wellness and being active. I'm not doing this to be a shape that isn't what I am. I still want to be curvy and still be me."Sarah says: "I don't know Rochelle personally but you can tell by her skin, eyes, hair and muscular tone that she has a strong focus on the health and quality of her food."

8. Jennifer Lopez, 49
Being this ripped takes a lot of work and J-Lo credits daily, early-morning workouts for those insanely sculpted abs. She has different trainers depending where she is, working with David Kirsch in New York, doing HIIT workouts; kickboxing, circuit training, lunges and burpees. In LA, Jen trains with Tracy Anderson, focusing on arm weights, as well as bum, thigh and core exercises. She says: "I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches."

7. Binky Felstead, 28
Since having her baby daughter India, Binky has been working on her bod and has been signed up as an ambassador for both Reebok and workout app FIIT. She says, "It's easy to lose your identity when you get pregnant. Suddenly your body starts changing. But you have to remember you're creating a human, which is amazing. When I look in the mirror now, instead of being critical, I remember that. I have a lot more respect for my body since becoming a mum."Chessie says: "Binky has not only inspired new mummies, second time mummies & all other supermummies, but every other woman on this planet. She is an incredible human who has shown such strength & determination this year. India is a testament to Binky's love & hardworking nature, balancing both work & supporting India's first years."

6. Gemma Atkinson, 34
Before she signed up for Strictly in 2017, Gemma Atkinson underwent a 12-week transformation under the guidance of her PT Evil Steve at Ultimate Fitness gym. The results are obvious and she has a toned, strong body that didn't go unnoticed by her now boyfriend, pro-dancer Gorka Marquez. Now she's released a book so that her fans can follow the plan too.Chatting to heat about her transformation with Ultimate Fitness last year, Gemma said: "It was really hard - I think if it was easy then everyone would do it! But when you do complete it you realise what your body is capable of. I've trained my whole life but its only when i was being pushed and I was strict with myself and had a routine that I realised I could do more. When I finished the plan I said to [my personal trainer] Steve 'What's next?'. It gives you a real hunger to find out how much your body is capable of."

5. Kelly Holmes, 48
Double Olympic champ Kelly has stayed in cracking shape since retiring and regularly gets her sweat on with her workout buddy Davina. Always up for challenge she regularly runs, she took on a cycling challenge to raise money for disadvantaged children in Malawi this year and she is always banging the drum to raise awareness for mental health. Truly inspirational.Sarah says: "Kelly Holmes is hugely inspirational! She's repping the slightly older generation of fitties at 48 but have you seen her arms? I know I'm sounding superficial now but I love a set of guns on a woman."

4. Davina McCall, 51
Human Duracell battery Davina has been helping women reach their fitness goals for over a decade. She recently released her 15th (yes, really!) workout dvd and her mantra "you'll never regret a workout" has seen her try everything from distance running to street dance. Davina shrugs off the haters who say she shouldn't be posting bikini pics, insisting that she's worked hard for her six pack, so why shouldn't she show it off?Speaking to heat about her top five placing, Davina said: "I'm very, very pleased. I'm particularly pleased because getting people motivated and feeling better about themselves is one of the things I'm proudest of, so that means a lot."

3. Fearne Cotton, 37
Fearne is completely honest about exercising to keep her mind healthy. And she posts her fitness journey on Instagram with absolutely zero filters. The busy, mum of two can be found doing a downward dog in the kitchen, squeezing in a morning run before breakfast or smashing out a HIIT workout using The Body Coach app or FiiT. Her top tip if you need a rapid shake up is to try a headstand. "If I'm feeling really sluggish or my energy is low, I will do a handstand against my kitchen cupboards, even just for 10 seconds. When I get the right way round again, the blood's rushed to my head, the endorphins are going and it just is a good little pep up in the middle of the day."

2. Serena Williams, 37
Bad ass body goals don't come much better than one of the greatest tennis players on the planet. When she's not smashing it in the court, she loves a Zumba class and also regularly runs, cycle and swims. She made a heroic return to full fitness after having her baby Alexis in 2017 and tries to eat a vegan diet as much as possible. Determined to pass the body confidence baton to her daughter, she vows, "I want women to know that you can be whatever size you are and you can be beautiful inside and out. We're always told what's beautiful, and what's not, and that's not right. I work hard and I was born with this badass body and proud of it."Chessie says: "I love Serena & the message she puts out there. She is the epitome of INSPIRATION & motivates women of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds. As a athlete, she's real & she is one hell of a motivation."

1. WINNER: Ferne McCann, 28
There could only really be one winner of this year's heat Fit List. After giving birth to first daughter Sunday in November 2017, Ferne McCann has wowed us all with her post-baby figure. While she used to prefer downing shots at the Sugar Hut to hitting the gym, the reality star has totally transformed her lifestyle and figure – and maintained it too! She is now the fittest she's ever been after teaming up with PT Ellie Hopley two-and-a-half years ago. Now, the pair have shared their secrets in her debut fitness DVD and digital download, Fit As Ferne so you can get her banging bod from home. It is a fun and easy-to-follow hour-long programme packed with routines to work out every part of your body, which is broken down into sections so it can be done as a single workout or as shorter sessions.Speaking to heat after being crowned number 1, Ferne said: "Thank you and I've never felt better. People are almost quite shocked at how I look now but for me but for me it's been a gradual thing – something that I started before I got pregnant with Sunday. I've always been sporty but never really into fitness. I was the person who would walk out of a spin class because I'd had enough and now I just love to train. That's down to my PT Ellie – she really changed my body."
