It was heartbreak for Helen Flanagan and Scott Sinclair when they called off their 13-year relationship in 2022 – but it seems the pair have now well and truly moved on, and are both happily loved up with new partners.
Helen, 34, and Scott, 35 – who co-parent Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three – announced their split back in October 2022, with the former Corrie actress later revealing how she had a breakdown following their separation.
However, Helen has since found love with Robbie Talbot, 44, going public with him on E4’s Celebs Go Dating after shockingly revealing their secret romance on screen. Gushing about the former footballer, Helen shared, ‘He’s a really blokey bloke, and coming on a reality show is not his thing. But he’s really sweet.’
Meanwhile, reports have emerged that Helen’s ex Scott has also found love with someone new. He is said to be dating family friend Lauren Davies, 32, after being spotted holding hands during a date earlier this month. Sources have said Lauren – who works with children with ADHD and is from Scott’s home city of Bath – first met the Bristol Rovers footballer through family friends six years ago and is also thought to have met Helen around the same time.
Helen recently opened up about her split from Scott during an episode of Charlotte Dawson’s Naughty Corner podcast, sharing, ‘I still love him very much, I care about him deeply, but we don’t like each other. We don’t like each other at all, we don’t get on.’
It’s been a rocky road for the exes, with the actress also revealing they had a fiery row when Scott first started dating after their split – and Helen found photographs of him with a girl on her linked iPad. She shared, ‘We were split up for over a year and then I saw all the pictures. Even though we were separated, and even though I had dated, I still rang him up and said, “I f**king hate you”, on the train. Everyone must’ve thought, “This woman is a psycho.”’
But, appearing on Celebs Go Dating, Helen confirmed her new romance is serious – and that Robbie has met her kids. She said, ‘He’s just amazing, he treats me so well. He’s so kind, really sweet, he’s the loveliest man. He helps me with my kids, he’ll take Charlie to nursery. He helped me the other day with the kids. He can’t do enough for me.’
