The Hills star Kristin Cavallari has given birth to her second son by husband Jay Cutler after a healthy pregnancy.

The 27-year-old Reality star took to Twitter last night to tell her followers the good news, adding that they have decided to call their newest arrival Jaxon.

She also shared a cute picture of her hospital wrist band, a tiny pair of sheepskin-lined booties and a stripy hat on her Instagram.

Former co-star Heidi Montag tweeted her congratulations too.

Little Jaxon will be a baby brother to 19-month-old Camden, who Kristen gave birth to before she and American footballer Jay got married in 2013.

Last October she announced that she was expecting again, and in February this year she revealed it was another little boy.

Kristen has made no secret of the fact she'd like to expand her family, but recently explained that she was nervous about how Camden would take to having another baby in the family.

"I don't want him to feel like he's being replaced. I know the first few months are going to be hard when I'm breastfeeding all the time. We're just going to try to be so careful to make sure he's still getting a lot of attention, knows he's still extremely loved and this baby is in no way taking his spot," she told an interviewer.

But despite her concerns, she said she was really looking forward to meeting her second baby.

"The first time [you have a baby], you're anxious, you're nervous, you're excited, you have so many emotions. It's like the closer you get to your due date, you're ready but you're also not quite ready, so you don't mind if the baby stays in there. But this one, I'm like, 'Let's get him out here, I want to see him, I just want to hold him and see what he looks like'."

Congratulations, Kristen and Jay!
