Holly Hagan's gone through some massive changes since she first shot to fame in 2011 as the proud owner of those double-Fs. There was that long and protracted affair with James Tindale – we're still reeeeally not sure what she saw in him – that bright red barnet, and her fake tan was off-the-chart cray.

But a quick flick through the Geordie Shore star's Instagram this week shows a whole new side to Hol – literally, because her recently enhanced lips have actually been given their own postcode.

The 23-year-old, along with her Geordie Shore cast mates, has never shied away from her love of plastic surgery, racking up two boob jobs, Botox and fillers before the age of 21.

She also went through a huge health kick last year, losing three stone and going from a size 16 to an 8, which she said had left her boobs "weirdly out of proportion".

She later had an uplift to make them more pert and seemed happy with her body makeover.

But now it looks like she's had even more work done on her pout – perhaps because of fellow Geordie Charlotte Crosby's recent nose job, which was documented in the hallowed pages of heat mag.
