Who new barely eating and working out a ton was the answer to loosing a load of weight?

Holly Hagan, that’s who.

Yes, the Geordie Shore star who first introduced herself to the world of reality tele by saying: "I'm fit, I'm flirty and I've got double F's."

Her new, ahem, ‘book’, Lose Five Pounds In One Week: The Complete Diet and Exercise Plan offers 38 pages of wisdom on how to shed some weight quick.

She introduces book by saying:

“We all become complacent at times and without even realising the pounds can creep back on.”

But like, it’s winter. We’ve officially packed away the bikini until next year and assigned our weekends to Netflix/The X Factor/Strictly Come Dancing. We need the extra cold-fighting cushioning.

Anyway, she insists:

“It can be easy to fall back into old habits and before you know it, getting your new skinny jeans on is like trying to get toothpaste back into the tube and it aint a pretty sight.”

That’s why they brought back mom jeans, Hols.

She carries on: “Let me be clear, this is not suitable for a long term diet.”

WE BLOODY HOPE NOT. Because Holly is suggesting we eat only 800 calories a day and do a sh*t load of cardio.

She offers some invaluable nuggets of information such as:

“If you are overweight, unfit or just keen to get your body to its optimum level of fitness, cardio is a must.”

And:

“By consuming fewer calories, our bodies are allowed to burn stored fat instead.”

So what do you think? Will you be giving Holly’s diet plan a try?
