Way back in 2014 we found a new sense of purpose when convicted criminal Jeremy Meek's mugshot went viral. Upon our first glance of his mesmerising blue eyes, we knew we’d one day have to track him down, make him fall in love with us and be the person to show him the error of his previous outlaw ways.
Since his release from prison, Jeremy has been snapped up by model agencies, walked the runway at New York Fashion Week and has now graced the cover of Man About Town men's fashion mag with this debut editorial photo shoot.
AND WE'RE OBSESSED.
Speaking in the fashion title, Jeremy addressed his troubled past and the reactions to his really, really, ridiculously good looks: "I heard all my life, you’re so handsome, you have the most beautiful eyes, and I heard it a hundred times a day. To where I would not even pay no mind to it. It didn’t fix it then. I still had a father in prison doing life. I still had a heroin-addict mother and me and my brother and sisters struggling through life’s tribulations.
"I just knew as a kid I had a lot of pent-up anger."
HUN.
He also explained: "I’m a family man, I’m a father, I’m a husband, I’m an uncle, I’m a best friend, I’m a God-fearing man, a Christian."
(We're just gliding over the 'husband' part, tbh, it's not what we want to hear on a Wednesday morning at work.)
Jeremy had been intending to celebrate his first cover shoot with his agency SUPA models at a swanky party (we were hoping to scrape an invite too) in London but UK customs stepped in to ruin all the fun.
Jeremy was apparently denied entry into the UK by border officials for apparently not having the correct paperwork. He later reportedly produced the correct documentation as well as a signed letter from his parole officer but it was still a no-go with immigration and he was sent back to the US.
DEVO.
