Last night was a mixed bag of emotions.

As well as being delighted with Scarlett Moffatt becoming Queen of the Jungle on I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! we also had to say goodbye to Joel Dommett’s abs and the foulest Bushtucker trials we have ever seen.

Plus, we’ve also had to come to terms with the fact that we haven’t got a clue how else to spend our week nights now that the show is over.

Maybe we’ll get spending happy with these AMAZING gift guides (one for your basic mates, and one for your Netflix and chill partner) and do our Christmas shopping early for once.

But once all the mince pies and mulled wine has run out is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Yes. Yes, there ruddy well is.

December might be a bit of a reality TV write off, but in January we get the beautiful gift that is Celebrity Big Brother.

We all remember the last series, right, when Stephen Bear won the show (despite cheating on his girlfriend with Chloe Khan while he was in there).

There’s due to me MORE dramz this time around.

Because the Big Brother masterminds have finally confirmed the twist we warned you about last week – that this series will be a mix of previous celeb winners AND celebs who have never been in the house before.

In a statement, Channel 5 said: “Celebrity Big Brother is here to banish the January blues with its most colourful series yet!

“Together [the All Stars and New Stars] will be living in the Big Brother house which has been given a colourful pop art makeover.”

We literally can’t wait.

And if this is the celeb line-up then we will be sending a group text to all our friends/families/tinder dates to warn them that we won’t be leaving the house in January.

Sorry not sorry.
