The charity helps those living with the disease in the UK, United States, Australia and South Africa.

The Wolverine actor, who’s currently starring in Broadway show The River, says he holds the charity close to his heart and wants to encourage people to support it.

And so, to make it happen, Hugh has teamed up with Groupon, who’re running an amazing competition for his fans.

By giving a £5 donation to the campaign, you will be automatically entered into a draw to meet Hugh in New York – flights and accommodation all included – with a backstage tour to see all the cast.

Sounds pretty good to us.

Hugh added: “Please join me in supporting this worthwhile organisation that is making a difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands of men, women and children across the country who are facing serious health challenges.

“I look forward to you seeing The River and saying hello after the show.”
