Iggy Azalea cancelled her US tour on Friday – much to the disappointment of her fans. They wanted to see her rap Fancy, and stuff! But now they can’t.

She tweeted:

Fans are now doubly disappointed as this is actually the SECOND time Iggy’s The Great Escape tour has been cancelled – it was initially postponed, but has now been all-out cancelled.

Fans received an email that said:

"The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase.

There will be a new tour planned around Iggy's new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience."

Which can’t have been much comfort, really.

The tour was initially postponed due to “production delays”, whatever those are. Sounds like something we’d have said at school as an excuse for not doing our homework. If we went to, you know, a posh stage school.

Iggy was later spotted out with her boyfriend Nick Young in LA celebrating his birthday, which is nice for her.
