There wasn't as much sun, for a start

We're not gonna lie, we suffer major Love Island withdrawls between the months of August and May. Call us creepy, but there's something comforting in living vicariously through other couples while our own love lives lie dormant. Ah, LIFE.

So thank HEAVENS 2018 winners Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer are soon heading back to our screens in their own ITVBe reality telly show Jack & Dani: Life After Love Island.

Turns out this one wasn't all fun in the Majorcan sun, though, as the couple have admitted they found filming the 'intense' show 'hard.'

Speaking exclusively to heat (on sale now, hun) Jack spilled: "It’s different from Love Island, because it’s just more intense, isn’t it? But we’ve done some amazing stuff on that show and we really enjoyed it."

Asked if anything was out of bounds when filming, Dani said: "No, I don’t think there can be, really. I know there were stories that I didn’t allow us having arguments, but there wasn’t really anything like that.

"And the thing is, with me and Jack, there was enough stuff being filmed and we enjoyed each other’s company, so I don’t really see why that matters. It’s funny, it’s light-hearted, we have a laugh – that’s what we wanted our show to be."

This all comes as Dani claims she's 'definitely not' getting engaged to Jack anytime soon. Speaking to heat, she cleared up any rumours saying: "People want us to get married, because our relationship was sped up on Love Island, so they want it to be sped up in the real world.

"No. No, we’re definitely not going to get engaged. I’m 22. It would be silly. We’re not a showmance, so I’m not going to get married at 22.

"We ain’t even been together that long, if you think about it."

Remind us again how old you are, hun...

Jack added: "June 22nd is the day we got together officially. Yeah, you’ve got to do things in your own time. People pressure you."
