For those of us who aren’t exactly into football, there was only one thing that made the Euros worth watching this summer – and that, of course, was Jack Grealish.

The formerly lesser known Aston Villa footballer – who’s just moved to Manchester City for a whopping £100m signing – spawned countless “Mrs Grealish” memes and his long-suffering girlfriend, influencer and YouTuber Sasha Attwood, seemed to take it all good naturedly in her stride (after all, lusting after footballers is the UKs favourite past time after the actual game itself).

But now it seems there’s an actual spanner in the works and allegations of a fling between Jack and I’m a Celeb finalist Emily Atack have been gaining momentum. But what’s actually happened between the two of them?

Here’s everything we know so far…

How did Emily Atack and Jack Grealish meet?

Emily and Jack reportedly first started getting to know each other on – where else? – Instagram, after being introduced by a mutual pal who happens to be another England footballer. They swiftly exchanged numbers and moved their flirtations over to WhatsApp. A friend told The Sun, “Emily watched Jack in the Euros and thought he was fit. And for his part, Jack has been a fan of hers since she starred as Charlotte ‘Big Jugs’ Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners.

“They started DMing on Instagram before swapping numbers, and taking it on to WhatsApp and FaceTime.”

What happened between Emily Atack and Jack Grealish?

While the same friend insisted the pair “hadn’t crossed a line”, it has been reported by the same publication that they’ve met up twice – first at a Salford hotel where Emily was staying on a work trip and later at her London home.

It's not the first celeb he's been linked to since his ascent to the top as he was spotted looking “very cosy” with 2018 Love Islander Ellie Brown in a Manchester nightclub in August - but Ellie denied anything had happened between them.

What about Jack Grealish and Amber Gill?

Shockingly after allegations surrounding Jack and Emily, reports then surfaced that something went down between the footballer and Love Island 2019 winner Amber Gill.

However she quickly shut down rumours and even hinted that it may have affected her actually relationship... Hmm.

What has Jack Grealish said about the reports?

After a lot of speculation, Jack finally broke his silences and slammed reports.

On his Instagram Story he wrote, "Please don't believe everything you read in newspapers.

"The 2 biggest lies in newspapers... 'A source said', 'a close pal said' 😴😂".

Well, there's that then.

Who is Jack Grealish’s girlfriend Sasha Attwood?

Jack met his girlfriend Sasha at high school in Solihull and they’ve been on and off ever since.

After Jack rose to A-lister status during the Euros, Sasha has received her fair share of attention too, quickly landing a deal with Boohoo.

“Jack and Sasha are being jokingly called the new Posh and Becks by some of his mates because of their deals,” said a source. “They are really taking off.

“He is the man of the moment in football but he’s got plenty of female fans too, and with Sasha, those around them think they could become a new power couple. She normally lives out of the spotlight but this Boohoo deal will bring her to the fore.”

While it’s not known if Jack and Sasha are currently officially “on”, Sasha allegedly only found out about his dalliance with former Inbetweeners actor Emily on Friday after England’s 5-0 win over Albania and is said to be “devastated”.

What has Sasha Attwood said about the Jack Grealish rumours?

Sasha hasn't spoken out about the rumours publicly but she has reportedly issued an ultimatum to her on/off boyfriend after showdown talks.

“Sasha has been rocked by news of Jack’s secret friendship. She had no idea. Jack has apologised to her for any upset caused, and they were due to meet to discuss their future," revealed a source close to Jack.

“Jack is really confused. On the one hand, he’s being advised to stay loyal to his childhood sweetheart for all sorts of reasons — commercial and otherwise. But on the other, he’s intoxicated by Emily’s company. He can’t seem to stay away from her.”

Meanwhile, Emily is thought to have issued an ultimatum of her own to the footballer. Another source added, “She’s made it clear to Jack the last thing she wants is to be presented as a home-wrecker when she’s anything but. Jack needs to get his story straight and make a decision. The ball is in his court — but Emily’s made it clear to Jack she won’t be a mug and hang around waiting for him.”

Is Emily Atack single?

Emily began dating influencer Jude Taylor in March 2021, but it wasn’t to last and by August the pair had gone their separate ways, with Emily reportedly telling pals she “didn’t see a future” with him.

“They have barely managed to see each other recently so made the decision to call it quits. Emily has so much going on at the moment too and that made their relationship a little more difficult.”
