They’ve just returned from a romantic getaway to Dubai, where they were snapped looking happier than ever – totally unaware that the cameras were there, of course.
But make no mistake, Dan Osborne and Jacqueline Jossa’s loved-up display doesn’t mean that all is forgiven and forgotten. In fact, according to sources, Dan is still firmly in the doghouse with his wife of two years, following last year’s maelstrom of allegations that he’d cheated on her – including the claim that he had a threesome behind her back with reality stars Natalie Nunn and Chloe Ayling.
Apparently Jac is making Dan seriously work for redemption, and beachside snogging is only half the story.
“Things between them are not as smooth as they’re making out,” says an insider close to the married couple,” who are parents to Ella, four, and 19-month-old Mia. “The reality is there is still a huge amount of tension. The trust has been broken in their marriage and that doesn’t just get rebuilt overnight.
"But Jac made the decision that she and Dan needed to save face, put on their best smiles, and be seen back on form on holiday.
"Of course, she still loves him and wants their marriage to work, but she’s also told him that they’ve got a very long way to go before she can trust him. He’s got to prove to her that he will stop playing childish games for good and start respecting her.”

Last week, as they cuddled up in Dubai, both Jac, 27, and Dan, 28, made a point of telling their fans how loved-up they were, with Jac posting the caption, “To be happy is to be free.”
But according to our insider, Jac’s feeling stronger than ever…and her recent career successes, including landing a six figure deal with In The Style, have sent her confidence soaring.
With that in mind, she’s no longer prepared to turn a blind eye to Dan’s misdemeanours.
“Jac is looking for actions over words from Dan,” says our source. “The real difference in their relationship is that she no longer feels tied to their marriage. Yes, she wants it to work, but the bottom line is that he has to prove for good that he’s a devoted husband."
