In case you missed it, all the celebs attended the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (aka the Met Gala) last night – but, unfortunately, our invite was lost in the post.
This year the theme was the definition of extra, with most guests adhering to the ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’ dress code. Rihanna and Katy Perry, in particular, absolutely owned the night with their heavenly outfits.
Check out these sassy AF Met Gala 2018 outfits:

However, some attendees really stretched the limits of the theme and basically just turned up in whatever the hell they wanted.
Including Jaden Smith, who rocked up in a Louis Vuitton coat and his own gold disc as an accessory.
Fans on Twitter had a few things to say about this, understandably.
One wrote: "Lord, please give me the strength to have as much confidence as Jaden Smith at the #MetGala."
Another commented: “I hope I can one day be as extra as Jaden Smith @ the Met Gala carrying around his own gold record for a song where he claims to be an icon living#METGALA18”
Jaden has got form for sporting unusual accessories at the Met Gala. Last year he left everyone a bit baffled when rocked up with a handful of his own dreadlocks. But it turns out there was actually a (kind of) sweet reason behind the hair thing – his younger sister Willow.
Speaking to Vogue's André Leon on the red carpet, Jaden explained: "And since I couldn't bring my sister as a date, I brought my old hair."
