We've all got pictures of ourselves we'd rather unsee, but unfortunately for most celebs, they get papped all the time and don't have any say on where the pics end up.
Union J's Jaymi Hensley has opened up about how one picture of him getting changed on the beach led him to spiral into a world of drink and anxiety.
The former X Factor star faced relentless trolling after the snap went public, with people attacked him for his physique. Not cool.
Jaymi said: "The headlines were ‘Fat Jamie’ and ‘Beer Belly’. All of the other boys were ending up on these sites like, ‘Fit Famous Males’ and I was on ‘Bros with Bellies’. It was awful.
"After that it affected the holiday. I wouldn’t go to the beach, I wouldn’t take my top off. That stemmed the last three years. I started not eating. I would never get changed in front of people," he continued to The Sun.
Jaymi added that he also started drinking too much after being invited to A-List nightclubs where masses of free booze was on offer.
"You would go out with people you didn’t really know and they didn’t care if you got absolutely smashed," he said.
The singer was later diagnosed with anxiety and depression, though he is doing much better now, and is even planning on being a celebrity ambassador for mental health charity Mind. Nice one, Jay.
The band faced turbulent times earlier this year after George Shelley decided to leave to focus on his radio career.
But thankfully he was replaced by Casey Johnson (y'know, the one with the good hair?) and the group has been busy recording a new album together.
We're happy to see the group back on track, and they'll soon be touring the UK and Europe. Hurrah!
