Since his return, James Argent has been showing off the results of his recent visit to self-help rehab clinic in Thailand.
But sadly, it seems his amazing transformation isn’t enough to let TOWIE bosses invite him back to the show. BOO.
According to The Sun, Lydia Bright’s ex has been axed from the show that made him famous as he’s too much of a “risk” for them.
A source told the paper, “Arg loves Towie and was hoping he would make a cameo in the final few episodes of the series.
“But bosses believe after a lengthy stint in a rehab, being rushed back into the fold would not be in the best interests of Arg and other cast members.
“He was also told a full-time return is unlikely, unless there was a dramatic improvement in his lifestyle.”
But all is not last, guys and gals!
Mark Wright’s BFF took to Twitter to deny the rumours, even hinting at a return very soon.
“I definitely haven't been axed & I'm incredibly grateful to my @OnlyWayIsEssex @ITVBe Family's who have continued to support me #BeBackSoon,” he wrote.

Meanwhile a spokesperson for the show said, "We are pleased that James is home and that he's made such positive progress, however we have mutually agreed that he should take some further time before he returns to Towie fully.”
Arg checked himself into rehab in Thailand in February and has been showing off his resulting weight loss on social media since returning this week.
