James Argent heads back to Thailand to lose weight before Full Monty show kicks off

One year after leaving rehab, James Argent has headed back to Thailand!

But panic not, as this time it's to "better himself" and boost his confidence before he strips off for ITV's The Full Monty.

Taking to Instagram to confirm the news, the TOWIE star wrote, "1 YEAR ON...I'm back in my favourite place for a bit of me time before filming kicks off again in a few weeks!

"I'm so proud of how far I’ve come but never going to stop working & bettering myself. Hopefully I'll lose a few pounds before THE FULL MONTY @itv starts."

He added some classic emojis such as the crying laughing face and the aubergine - OBVS.

When Arg heads home, he'll start work on the show straight away before filming for TOWIE kicks off again too.

We'd be feeling a little apprehensive about the gala if it were us, as it will involve him stripping naked in front of a live audience. No big deal then.

But apparently his newfound confidence is helping to put him at ease about the prospect of flashing his bits.

A source told The Sun, “Arg has become increasingly body confident after revamping his lifestyle last year. He won’t have any qualms about stripping off.

“He was so touched by last year’s show and couldn’t wait to get involved.”

We're sure Gemma Collins will be on the front row cheering him on!
