Oh, James Arthur. He didn't have the best year in 2014, did he?
He was dumped by Simon Cowell's record label in April after a series of high profile Twitter rows with other stars and even used homophobic slurs in a diss rap against a little known rapper. Really not ideal.
To top things off this year, the former X Factor winner's company Raff Music made a loss of £43,000. Yah, not ideal.
James also split from his model girlfriend Jessica Grift who he credits with turning his life around after all the badness. Again, not ideal, but we think you get the picture.
So, while the rest of us have been battling turkey sweats and preparing to sign up for year-long gym memberships we'll only use for two weeks, James has been drawing up a big plan for a better 2015, according to The Sun.
The star has set up a new company and will be using his split from Jessica to inspire his new music.
Ooh, just call him James Swift! Geddit? Anyone?!
Good luck with that, James!
