Remember when switching on the radio meant hearing the glottal cries of James Blunt as he sobbed over his inability to ask out a woman- or so much as speak to a fit woman he’d seen on the train?
Well now he only has happy things to sing about as the singer/songwriter has finally tied the knot!
According to reports, James married fiancée Sofia Wellesley in a small ceremony on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
The singer and his new wife made it official at a small chapel in the town of Campanet, where Sofia’s dad owns a house.
The 40-year-old proposed to Sofia last December.
We wonder if he sang ‘You’re Beautiful’ as she walked down the aisle?
James (who used to serve in the army as an officer in the British Army FYI) was previously linked to actress Mischa Barton when she starred in his video for ‘Goodbye My Lover’.
