On our list of favourite fitlords (YES WE HAVE A LIST) – Harry Styles, Idris Elba (who may have just confirmed he's playing Bond, BTW), Cook from Skins etc etc, Jamie Dornan ranks pretty high up.
Tbh, we think he's in the top 5.
Which is exactly why we're completely obsessed with every time he appears on our screens in any situations anywhere.
(We're having an absolute whale of a time at the moment with all his Fifty Shades Darker promo shenanigans).
The latest of these is his appearance on the Conan O'Brien Show, during which he showed off the party trick he uses in the film as Christian Grey.
We love him.
Jamie said: “They did want to have a scene of him working out, and if he was just lifting weights, that was too boring, and so I just happened to say, ‘Oh, I have this one party trick that I can do. But I need a pommel horse.’”
He then goes on to say that he told the camera crew he could only do it once so they'd have to make sure it was in focus. And when he was asked by Conan if he could recreate it he agreed. And it was amazing.
