Jamie and Made In Chelsea BMFL Spencer Matthews both shaved their heads whilst on the run-in Channel 4’s Celebrity edition of Hunted for Stand Up To Cancer, because let’s face it, he would stick out like a sore thumb hiding in a hedge with that head of hair.
Known for his trademark bleached blonde locks, fans were shocked to see Jamie without any hair at all in a recent Instagram post and were quick to make some hilarious comparisons.
From Judge Rinder, to your standard hard-boiled egg- both of which we think are great shouts, the internet was quick to troll the reality star for his latest style choice.
We recently had a chat with Jamie about his dramatic new hairstyle, or rather, lack of, and he didn’t seem overly keen on the comparisons we put to him.
When asking who he thought wore the bold (excuse the pun) look better, he replied: “100% me, Spencer looks like an egg.”
Uhh, Jamie, have you been on Twitter? Besides, Spenny has waaay too much stubble to look like an egg.
We’re afraid they’re talking about you, old sport.
We asked him if he had heard the comparisons to Judge Rinder he laughed and admitted: “I’m channelling that 100%...or Eminem.”
YEAH alright Jamie, or Eminem. Between daytime TV Judge or global rap sensation, we had a sneaking suspicion he would prefer the latter.
He said the reaction to the dramatic change was generally positive, but admitted that: “No one was gonna come up to me and say that it’s shit, and you have to shave your head once in your life, right?!”
He can now join the band of shaven, peroxide celebs; Cara Delevigne, Katy Perry, what a CREW.
We asked if he had met Binky and JP’s new baby girl India yet, to which he replied: “I haven’t met the baby yet! It’s so sweet and congratulations to them, it’s an amazing adventure they’re about to start and I wish them the best of luck.”
Aww, Eminem has a heart! We’re so jealous, we’d LOVE to have a fun uncle Jamie to babysit.
