Jamie O'Hara and Bianca Gascoigne's relationship was pretty much the focal talking point of this series of CBB (apart from fitlord Calum Best and his bulge. And Kim Woodburn), but the dream came to an end when it was announced last week they were splitting up.

A source told The Sun: "They are going to remain firm friends but Jamie needs to spend time with his family first and focus on other things in his life.

"They had a great time in the CBB house but unfortunately it has come to an end."

And rumours started circulating that Jamie had had a secret girlfriend the entire time – and he’s on holiday in Dubai with her.

Jamie was said to be with Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney prior to Celebrity Big Brother, and a source told the Mail Online that they never actually split.

"It’s quite hypocritical, especially because of his reaction to Bianca revealing she had a boyfriend on the show."

Jamie took to Twitter yesterday morning to confirm: "I was single when I went into big brother and I was single when I left."

And he’s now added a further statement.

He wrote on Wednesday night: "The reason I left it with Bianca was because after I got out and sat down and looked at the whole situation I realised that it wasn't for me, I have a lot going on in my life and she had a boyfriend and he was devastated about the situation.

"I didn't know the full extent of the situation until I got out and saw everything, as a man I didn't think it was the right thing to do, I didn't do anything wrong I didn't make any gain out of it.

"As for my ex we split up a while ago, I reached out to her because I realised she's an incredible person and having time apart made me realise what an amazing woman she is and I was lucky to have her in my life. Will she be with me again? I don't know, but as a man all I can do is try."
