Big Brother last night was all about the DRAMZ.
Jayne Connery was rushed to hospital following a dramatic collapse after being hit by a wet sponge. You heard.
But while we were caught up in the action, some fans were not convinced by Jayne's faint and claimed she was "doing a Gillian McKeith".
For those who may not have watched I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2010, firstly, you missed out. And secondly, Gillian was - for reasons we just cannot fathom (although maybe it was something to do with her poo fascination) - not very popular with the British public and so chosen for many tasks.
Things got too much for the no-longer-calls-herself-a-doctor Gillian, and she "fainted", sorry, fainted on live TV when it was revealed she'd been chosen for yet another Bush Tucker Trial.
*Big Brother *viewers were quick to draw comparisons between Jayne and Gillian, saying:
We have to admit, it is kinda suspect the way she was knocked out and then managed to swim to the side of the pool.
But hey, we've never lost our shit on a wobbly bridge literally one foot above a swimming pool and been hit by a wet sponge.
Never judge a woman until you've walked a mile in her waterlogged shoes. Or watched her on your telly box for the past seven weeks.
Whatever the truth of Jayne's collapse, all's well that ends well, and she not only returned to the house later that evening, she also managed to remain pals with Jackson Blyton, who threw the sponge.
Phew.
