Jennifer Lawrence tops list of Hollywood’s highest-earning actors

J-Law has been crowned Hollywood’s highest-grossing actor at the end of 2014, after her movies made $1.4 billion at the box office worldwide this year.

The 24-year-old actress and continual light of our lives made the top of American business magazine Forbes’ list of the highest earning thespians of the year.

Jen can mainly thank her roles in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and X Men: Days of Future Past for the success. The most recent instalment in The Hunger Games has made about $333 million in America, while Days Of Future Past earned $233 million. Phew.

Other actors on the list were* Guardians of the Galaxy* star Chris Pratt, who came in second place with $1.2 billion in international box office earnings.

And Scarlet Johansson finished in a respectable third with $1.18 billion.

Still, ever since you first shot to worldwide fame with Katniss Everdeen’s luscious long plait and unprecedented skills with a bow and arrow, J-Law, we knew you were destined for the top spot.
