The cheeky scamps over at BBC Radio 2 confirmed this morning that Jeremy Vine is the first celebrity to join the Strictly Come Dancing family.
Confirmed on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Jeremy will join the line of dazzling celebrities to take the SCD dancefloor each week - from September - to perform all the most famous dance routines. Bit of Waltz, bit of Charleston - remember Caroline Flack's? EPIC stuff.
Jezza was so excited about the news finally being revealed that he was literally jumping for joy on his Twitter account.

"I was looking forward to hearing @achrisevans announce the first person on #Strictly - and it's me," he confessed.
Speaking on BBC Radio 2, Jeremy said: “How could I say no to the biggest show in TV? Yes, yes, yes and yes again to the sequins and the Samba! Now I just need to find some dancing shoes and identify my left foot.
"I am doing it for my two young daughters who jumped behind the sofa when I told them! It seems Dad on Strictly is more scary than Doctor Who!”

Getting in the mood for the show, the 50-year-old posted a picture of himself stretching, to tell his 350,000 Twitter followers: "All I can tell you is that I have been limbering up - and I DON'T know who any of the others are #strictly."
@BBCStrictly also confirmed the news and posted: "Welcome @theJeremyVine to #Strictly. Our first celebrity of 2015!"
You may be good at broadcasting on the telly Jezza, but how good are you on the TV simultaneously dancing?
