Yes, you did hear us correctly. Stunning A-list, Oscar-nominated, all-round bloody marvellous actress Jessica Chastain used to be bullied at school for being "ugly." What are these people seeing? Are they kerrrrazy?

Revealing all to US Glamour in their November issue, Jessica admitted: "I was a late bloomer. I had very, very short red hair. Very freckly. Thank God there wasn't the Internet, because I was told every day at school that I was ugly. And that no-one wanted to be my friend. The most cruel things. My life changed when I joined drama. You know, like Glee: you don't fit in, and then you find a group of people that understands you. You have to find your people."

Well, Jess. You've deffo found your people now. And we think you are amazing.
