Jesy Nelson explains why she was crying at Little Mix album launch

Jesy Nelson off Little Mix has revealed why she was in floods of tears at her band’s album launch.

The singer could have been having the time of her life as she and her bandmates promoted Get Weird.

But Jesy left the party early and was pictured crying in a cab home.

Speculation was rife that Jesy had rowed with her fiancé Jake Roche, member of Rixton and son of Shane actual Richie.

But Jesy explains that she was simply “drunk” and “emotional”. Which doesn’t exactly discount a row but does give us a serious case of the empathies.

Perrie Edwards agreed, saying: “It’s relatable! Everyone cries when they get drunk.

“We all need a cuddle. I love it when we stick our heads together as a four. We were in the middle of a nightclub having a moment,” she told The Sun.

Which again, doesn’t exactly explain why Jesy was crying, but nice deflection Perrie!

Whatever the reason for the tears, Jesy and Jake made up soon enough, and she posted this snap of the two of them in bed together to Instagram next day:

While Jake claimed that Jesy sang Little Mix songs to him while he vommed.

Aw. Modern romance.
