Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson talks breakups following Jake Roche split

2016 was a ridiculous year in every respect, wasn't it? Votes were cast, certain decisions were made and Little Mix's Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche off of Rixton BROKE UP. It was a turbulent time for all ofus, and now Jesy herself's admitted a split can be one of the 'worst pains.'

Promoting Little Mix's Glory Days album over in the U-S-of-A, Jesy explained how empowering fans have found Shout Out to My Ex and opened up about how bloody rubbish breakups are.

Chatting to Z100 New York, Jesy said: "We have so many people coming up to us like 'oh my God, I've just broken up with my boyfriend' or 'I've just broken up with my girlfriend and you have literally made me feel so much better about myself.

"Because when you do break up with someone it's awful. It's like one of the worst pains, isn't it? It's horrendous and we all love to have some kind of sad song that we sit and cry to but then at the end of the day you need something that makes you feel empowered and think 'do you know what? I don't need you anymore. I'm gonna go out with my girls and my boys and get over you 'cause I don't need you anymore.'"

This all comes after Jake claimed we 'will know' exactly what went down between the pair in 2017 after a fan claimed we might never find out why they split. OH GAHD.
