Former glamour model Jodie Marsh has gone on a mammoth rant on instagram, uploading a quote and coupling it with an equally mammoth caption. All that's missing here is an actual mammoth.
"I have fed mouths that have talked shit about me. I've wiped tears off the faces of the people that have caused mine," the quote reads.
"I have picked up people that have tried to knock me down. I've done favours for people that can do nothing for me."

This comes after she separated from her husband James Placido earlier this year - and the caption that accompanies the Insta-quote seems to refer to him as a gold digger. The pair were married for less than a year.
"This is the truest thing I've ever read about myself," she said of the quote. "Those people I fed and helped and wiped away their tears are nowhere to be seen now. And believe me, there's been a few!!
"This quote literally sums up my life these last few years in relationships AND friendships, and you know what? I like it. I like that I'm 'that person' - I like that my worst trait is 'being too nice' and 'too generous'."
Even more pointedly, she continued: "It beats being the selfish, gold-digging, free-ride, tag-along arsehole that does nothing but take from others and who uses people for what they want out of them and only ever thinks of themselves.
"I'd rather be me any day!!!!!!!! So to anyone I've ever fed or wiped away your tears, or spent money on, or looked after or helped in any way - this one's for you."
Well there you go. In the words of a man trying desperately to start a fire: 'burn'.
In terms of Jodie's plans for the future, she may not have a guy in her life right now, but she's certainly not letting that stop her from starting a family.
"The future is this: I’m making 2 more shows @tlc_uk then I'm going to revisit having a baby via sperm donation #itsallaboutME," she wrote on Twitter recently.
