Back in April, former glamour model Jodie Marsh announced she was divorcing husband James Placido.
Given she raced into marriage after "love at first sight in a cark park", he may well be responsible for her latest celibacy plan.
In true Jodie fashion, she chose a naked selfie on Instagram to share the news with the caption:
"I was celibate for 5 years, I'll now be celibate for another 5. But that doesn't have to mean being a good girl. Now that ZOO magazine has gone, I feel obliged to give you a treat on here occasionally…."
The selfie doesn't reveal much more than her tatts and 'modestly' concealed boobs, but she's still in top body building form.
Speaking about her last bout of celibacy, she told OK! Magazine: "I recommend holding out for The One, because it worked for me."
Every plan deserves a second chance. Let's hope she's worked out where it all went wrong with James.
