She Instagrammed a couple of pictures of her insane body just to show the general population – including this reporter, who actually wore GLOVES AND A SCARF yesterday – that there’s no such thing as a wasted sunbathing opportunity.

“Ah hell yeah!!!!!!” she captioned one photo. “It's April and we have a heat wave. I was supposed to be working this afternoon but this is happening instead :-) hahaha #JodieBikiniWatch □”

Now, according to the Met Office – yep, we really researched this properly – the official definition of a heat wave is “when the daily maximum temperature of more than five consecutive days exceeds the average maximum temperature by 5 °C”. Not “when a single beam from the watery sun attempts to land in south-east England”, Jodie.
