Love Island’s Joe Garratt flaunts major body overhaul and WOAH

Biceps or basketballs? The jury's out

Love Island's Joe Garratt

Now we all know that a basic criterion of being on Love Island is to have a set of abs (and a tendency to stir up drama), and Joe Garratt definitely provided both in series five.

But it seems that a six-pack just wasn’t enough for the former sandwich maker and he’s be training hard to build up the muscles in his arm as well. And when we say training hard, we mean it.

Joe shared a picture of his new, muscly arms, which he captioned with his training schedule, “Training split… (below) Mon- Arms, Tues- Arms, Wed- Golf, Thu- Arms/Some Chest Stuff, Fri- Arms, Sat & Sun- Netflix/Remote Curls”.

Safe to say he’s been working hard on building up his biceps and it’s definitely working because they are, quite frankly, humongous.

And while we appreciate there’s a lot of tensing going on in the snap, they’re...yeah. Large.
