Joey Essex dating a woman called Reem and is “quite serious” with another girl, too

It sounded like a match made in heaven when Joey Essex, a man with the same name as his beloved hometown, found a woman who happened to be named after his favourite catchphrase, Reem. However, he's also seeing someone else and it's "quite serious".

Joey has confirmed that he is romancing Reem (honestly, that's her actual name) and is still chatting to a second woman, as well.

The former TOWIE star posted a snap of himself with his new lady friend on Instagram, along with the caption: "Me and Mrs. Reem", before deleting it shortly afterwards.

Joey told The Mirror: “I put ‘Me and Mrs Reem' didn’t I? And I didn’t think anyone would clock. But people just clocked straight away. She doesn’t care though, she put it up as well.

“She’s a nice girl, and her name is actually Reem. We speak still. We saw each other a week later in the same club, so we met up again, and she’s a nice girl. I mean, I don’t know what’s going on, we’re still talking but I’m still on the market put it that way.”

“I’m speaking to someone else, it’s not well serious, but quite serious.”

Joey recently posted a snap of him living it up with a bunch of ladies in Mahiki nightclub in Dubai. The Jump winner was getting a cheeky peck from one girl who he had his arm draped over, while another girl tried to get his attention.

Joey also revealed how he once accidentally ended up going on a date to the zoo, when he was supposed to be heading for a restaurant, he said: "I tried taking this girl to Zuma, and he [the taxi driver] took me to the zoo.

"The thing is, I was dressed in a suit, and she was dressed up, but we just walked round the zoo, and stroked the giraffes and that, and the zebras.”

Ah the zebras, good choice Joey. We often end up at the zoo, but it's no accident. In fact, we might head there now.
