Joey Essex suggests he SNOGGED Perrie Edwards after swapping numbers at awards bash

We can’t say we ever would have put Joey Essex and Perrie Edwards together as a couple – being from the North East, she’d be all “wae’aye man” and he'd constantly be shouting “reem” in his Essex-speak, so they'd basically be speaking different languages – but the former The Only Way Is Essex star has implied the pair KISSED.

The Little Mix singer and the reality star met at the Pride of Britain awards last month and apparently hit it off after swapping numbers.

Perrie split from her former One Direction star fiancé Zayn Malik earlier this year but it seems she may be ready to throw herself into a new relationship.

Joey, who was previously engaged to fellow former TOWIE star Sam Faiers, told the Daily Mirror: “We exchanged numbers, then we met up a few times.

“She’s just come out of a really serious relationship and I’ve had serious relationships in the past. She just needs to go out and have fun.”

When asked if the pair had snogged, Joey added: “Obviously, we done what we done.”

WHAT. DOES. THIS. MEAN? He said “obviously”. Does this mean they actually kissed? Amaze.

Perrie recently revealed she was enjoying being single again and having the opportunity to have a bit of a flirt.

She told the paper: “I’m having an absolute blast.

“We have a bit of banter with guys in nightclubs... I love it.

“I love going out. I’m feeling brilliant and I’m in a good place.”

Could Joey have anything to do with this good mood, Perrie?
