Johnny Depp's latest film Alice Through The Looking Glass has flopped at the Box Office ever since news of their spilt appeared- especially here in the UK.
It was announced last week that Johnny and Amber were calling time on their 15-month marriage, with Amber alleging that Johnny was abusive time and time again during their marriage.
She is currently trying to seek spousal support from Johnny.
In court documents obtained by ABC News, Amber stated: "I live in fear that Johnny will return to [our home] unannounced to terrorize me, physically and emotionally. There also have been several prior incidents of domestic violence with Johnny, in particular there was one severe incident in December 2015 when I truly feared that my life was in danger."
So could Amber's accusations have put off film fans going to see Johnny's latest film – resulting in a huge loss for Disney?
A source told The Sun: "It's no wonder people aren't keen on seeing it, in light of all the controversy with his private life.
"Parents aren't going to take their kids to see a picture if they think the biggest star has been violent towards his wife."
Despite Johnny ramping up press visits in the UK and attending the London premiere a mere days after his spilt was announced, the film has only made £2.3million in its opening three days.
The first Alice In Wonderland made a pretty hefty £10.6million in it's FIRST weekend.
HUGE difference.
This news comes after pictures of Amber's injuries were revealed by People magazine and texts exchanged between her and Johnny's assistant obtained by TMZ detail a history of alleged violent incidents during the couple's relationship.
One of the messages apologises on behalf of a man, believed to be Johnny, stating: "When I told him he kicked you, he cried... It was disgusting. And he knows it."
The court case is ongoing and Johnny himself and his family and friends are denying every single allegation made against him.
