The paternity of Stephanie Davis' baby is basically the hottest topic in the world right now (sort of), with everyone from Jeremy McConnell (probably him) and Scotty T (definitely not him) rumoured to be the dad.

It heated up this week when Jeremy went on This Morning to do a DNA test.

After his claims that he's keen to get on the daddy duties if the baby is his (which, let's face it, it probably is), we're left in pretty much no doubt that he's the father.

But before all this came the Joshua Ritchie rumours.

Josh, who's currently frolicking about on our screens as part of Ex On The Beach, recently told The Sun: "I slept with Steph nearly a year ago.

"I’m worried – she could be turning up on my doorstep with a baby any time soon."

Predictably, the world went absolutely mad with this new potential baby daddy in the picture, so much so that he exclusively told heatworld at the NTAs: "I'm not [the father], no. That got taken out of proportion."

"I'm definitely not," he added.

We caught up with his pal and Ex On The Beach co-star, Rebecca Edwards (who'll be arriving on the beach this Tuesday as Aaron Chalmers' ex) to discuss the speculation.

She told us: "I think the claims of Josh and Steph are hilarious.

"And when we asked her what he makes of it all, she replied: If I know Josh [he] will be loving the press and laughing it all off."

Becca, who has "unfinished business" with Aaron, will be walking out the sea on Tuesday's episode.

And she's reallyyyyy not happy when she finds out about Zaralena.

It massively kicks off. Just watch it. It's gonna be fab.

Ex On The Beach continues on Tuesday at 10PM only on MTV
