*Strictly Come Dancing'*s Judy Murray has been inundated with congratulations for her famous son after it was confirmed Andy Murray has asked his long-term girlfriend Kim Sears to marry him.
The tennis coach, who was knocked out of the *Strictly *competition nearly two weeks ago, tweeted to say it was "Just your average day really…" after the happy news broke last night.
One of her followers caught on to the joke and replied, "Quiet, isn't it? Anything interesting in the news?" to which she responded, "Nope". LOLZ.
Judy told another fan who questioned her first tweet, "And one guy got a birdie....."
Then she retweeted this message from a Judy Penguin:
So yes, it's fair to say Judy Murray's had strong social media game in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Andy's made no mention of his engagement news over on his Twitter, although a source has told the Mirror a few more details about his proposal.
"Andy spent ages thinking about the ring, he chose the design himself and picked it up last week. He then proposed on Wednesday," the insider said.
"Kim said 'yes' immediately. They are completely besotted with each other and have been there for each other through thick and thin.
"They are just going to enjoy themselves before they start planning their big day."
