Justin is wanted by Argentinian prosecutors who are seeking to obtain and international arrest warrant for the Baby singer.

If they manage to get the warrant, Justin could be forced to return to Argentina for questioning.

Officials are looking to speak with Justin after local photographer Diego Pesoa claims he was attacked by the singer’s bodyguards as Justin was leaving the Ink nightclub his first performance in the country.

It’s claimed a group of men were seen following Diego down the road shortly after Justin was escorted out.

“I was waiting for Justin Bieber to leave so I could take a picture of him when a bodyguard tried to take my camera off me”, Diego explained.

“He began to run after me and half a block away he punched me in the head before kicking me in the stomach as I was laying on the ground.

“When I tried to get away, I realised that instead of just one there were seven or eight bodyguards behind me.”

Video footage of the alleged attack was posted online after Justin suspended his last three concerts after he fell ill.

Justin’s lawyers will not be happy with this news as it was revealed earlier this week that the Canadian star had been forced to pay out £50,000 after he egged his neighbours’ house in Calabasas, California.

Just stop causing trouble, Justin.
