Justin Bieber has posted a Throwback Thursday picture of himself with his dog Sammy after the cute puppy passed away.
The singer broke the sad news to fans on Instagram, writing: “R.i.p Sammy. You were the best puppy ever.”
The picture shows a young Justin smiling with the Papillon pooch in his arms.
Sammy lived with Justin's grandparents and was the only dog he had growing up.
Just last month it was reported Justin’s father Jeremy had abandoned a different dog.
Jeremy was accused of throwing puppy Karma, which is not Justin's childhood pet who died, off a second floor balcony by a dog trainer earlier this year, something he denies.
The pup is now said to be in the possession of the dog trainer after he took him into his care.
Justin also got rid of a monkey after it was confiscated in Germany when he was found not to have the correct paperwork and he never returned to collect the creature.
