Jeff Schwartz’s house was egged by Justin and his mates in Calabasas, Los Angeles, last year. He took legal action again the Baby singer and, after Justin pleaded no contest to vandalism, the 21-year-old was forced to pay out $80,000 in damages to Jeff.
However, it’s now claimed Jeff isn’t happy and now is taking Justin to court for ‘emotional distress’.

TMZ claim this new law suit dates back to 2013, when Jeff is claimed to have approached Justin and asked him to stop driving around their neighbourhood in his supercar. It then alleges that a bodyguard approached Jeff and made an anti-semitic remark towards him.
It’s also reported that the lawsuit states that Justin then spat at Jeff, something he has denied.
This is bad news for Justin who’s been on a positive publicity drive since the New Year.
Last month he released a video over social media to his fans telling them he was changing his life for the better.
“I was really nervous because I’m just, I was afraid of what people are thinking about me right now,” he explained. “It’s been a minute since I’ve done a public appearance and I didn’t want to come off arrogant or conceited or basically how I’ve been acting the past year, year and a half.”
And, in Justin’s up-coming Comedy Central 'roast', he made fun of his past antics and once again hinted that he was a changed man.
Justin just can’t seem to catch a break, can he?
