Justin Bieber claims to have turned over a new leaf and had a good old laugh at himself thanks to all those mean digs from stars at his Comedy Central roast, but it seems his controversial past is catching up with him – the star has been sued by a limo driver for allegedly smacking him in the head six times for not turning up the car radio volume.

Abdul Mohar wants a massive $850,000 from the Baby singer after the alleged incident which happened in Toronto in December 2013, according to TMZ.

Justin is said to have been in the car with a group of friends and lost his rag when the driver refused to turn up the music.

The pop brat was charged with assaulting the driver in January last year after turning himself in to cops but the case was eventually dropped because there was not enough evidence to secure a conviction.

However, despite now being sued, Justin may be able to get away with this one because when the driver called 911, he said the person who hit him was black a number of times.

When police arrived Abdul changed his story and said he actually “looked like a Justin Bieber kind of guy”.

Erm... right...
