Justin Bieber can sing that he’s Sorry as much as he likes but things seem to keep going wrong for the star.

The Baby singer is being sued for $100,000 after allegedly smashing a mobile phone after a man tried to record footage of the star downing the contents of a beer bong.

Justin is accused of breaking Robert Earl Morgan’s phone in an incident that took place at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month.

The popstar is said to have become “enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces”, according to TMZ.

The phone did not have a massive price tag but Robert is suing for such a large amount because it contained irreplaceable pictures, including some from his grandmother’s 100th birthday party.

Justin is yet to comment on the claims.

The incident is believed to have happened on the same night Justin was pictured being held by the throat by his support act Post Malone after the Biebs allegedly stubbed out a cigarette on him.

Post denied his actions were anything more than a joke in a statement on Twitter.

He wrote: “If we was fighting someone would have done something instead of just sitting around while the Biebs gets choke slammed.

“End of story. I love Jus more than life.”
