From the nervous new flyer chewing frantically on their gum and holding on for dear life to the person whose arm is all up on your armrest, there are several annoying things about travelling on a plane – and Kanye West just became one of them.
In a totally out of character move, Kanye left his fellow passengers fuming after he delayed a flight and then casually strolled in late, failing to apologise for the hold up. Sorry seemed to be the hardest word for the 37-year-old rapper.
Without the Kim to his Ye and the North to his West, the hip-hop superstar was travelling alone from Paris to Helsinki on Tuesday morning. Despite boarding the plane late, he then spent the journey getting his own in-flight entertainment – in the form of near-naked pictures of his wife.
Talking to New York Post, a source said: “The whole flight was waiting on one of those buses that ferries passengers from the gate to the plane. Kanye and his assistant boarded in a huff.”
“The assistant sprinted to the bus from the gate with all of the travel documents, while Kanye walked casually behind him. They did not apologise for keeping everyone waiting,” the insider continued.
Once on the plane, Kim K’s hubby took his seat in first class but turned down a couple who asked for a selfie and was said to then turn his attention to his laptop, which displayed nude pictures of a woman with "long, dark hair".
Are we surprised? Not really.
