Lana Del Rey kicks off BIG TIME at Kanye West

Singer Lana Del Rey might have performed at Kanye West's wedding to Kim Kardashian, but she definitely isn't a supporter of his political views. This became apparent after the 'Summertime Sadness' singer responded to a photo Kanye posted on Instagram, with the rap star wearing a red baseball cap which read, 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN',

The caption read, 'This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs. We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment. Message sent with love.'

Lana hit back at Kanye's comments speaking about the American President Donald Trump, writing a comment on the photo which read, 'I can only assume you relate to his personality on some level.'

She continued, 'Delusions of grandeur, extreme issues with narcissism. None of which would be a talking point if we weren't speaking about the man leading our country'.

Kanye West appeared on Saturday Night Live just hours before he posted the photo on Instagram. On the show he performed three songs, including his latest single, 'I Love It', dressed as a Perrier bottle! Then, after donning the cap shown in the photo, he performed 'Ghost Town' with Kid Cudi and '070 Shake'.

This all comes just a day after Kanye revealed he wanted to be known as Ye. The rapper announced the news on Twitter saying, 'the being formally known as Kanye West. I am YE'. [sic]

The 'Stronger' rapper sparked a variety of reactions from his fans with his statement. Many mocked his dramatic announcement. 'I miss the old kanye,' [sic] while another added, 'Prince could do that because he had great talent. I think you know where I am going here'.

Another called him out on his grammar, writing, 'As a self-proclaimed genius, you'd think he would know its formerly, not formally.
