The Kardashians and Jenners have returned to Lamar Odom’s Las Vegas hospital after it emerged he’s “not out of the woods yet”.
The basketball player was found unconscious at legal Nevada brothel Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch South on Tuesday after allegedly taking a cocktail of drugs, alcohol and sexual stimulants.
He was rushed to hospital where he was put into a medical coma after reportedly suffering numerous strokes, a heart attack and organ failure.
The former LA Lakers star miraculously woke up on Friday and spoke to estranged wife and former Keeping Up With the Kardashians co-star Khloe Kardashian, and had “joyful” conversations with his children Destiny and Lamar Jr. while drifting in and out of sleep.
However, while Lamar seems to be slowly making an impressive recovery, doctors are still unsure just how well he will recover and if there will be any lasting damage.
A Kardashian family source tells People: “He still has a lot of problems with his internal organs. His kidneys are a big worry. He has done a lot of damage to his body.
“He will probably never be back to where he was before. Damage has been done.”
Khloe has remained by Lamar’s side, with the source previously saying: “Khloe still hasn’t left his side and looks very tired.
“As soon as Lamar wakes up, she rushes over to hold his hand. She sleeps on a pullout bed next to Lamar.”
And, after initially visiting him in hospital earlier this week, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kris Jenner were seen returning to Las Vegas to visit the sportsman this weekend.
Kim took to Instagram today to break her silence after the sad news of Lamar’s condition broke earlier this week.
Posting a picture of them dancing together, she wrote: “I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy!
“Thank you all for your prayers! Lammy – I’m so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!”
The source added to People: “It’s miraculous. God has a plan for his life.”
