Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have finally confirmed their relationship, after reportedly dating since 2013.
The pair were pictured holding hands on a beach in Malibu on Monday.
But it is thought that they have been keeping the romance under wraps for years amid claims that there’s a clause in Katie’s Tom Cruise divorce settlement which bans Katie from publicly dating.
Two years ago, pictures emerged of Katie and Jamie holding hands in a recording studio, forcing Jamie to deny there was anything going on between them.
He told TMZ: “Oh come on you guys have been trying to make that stick for three years, we're just friends.
"As a matter of fact Anthony Zuiker, creator of CSI, he offered us an animation project and we're working on that."
But the rumours didn’t stop there – and Katie and Jamie were later filmed dancing together in The Hamptons.
AND one of Jamie’s friends, Claudia Jordan (from Real Housewives of Atlanta) blabbed one time, saying: "He is very happy with her. I like that he seems very happy.”
When asked about it by reporters, Katie has always remained coy about speculation of romance between her and Jamie.
Katie and Tom split back in 2012 after almost six years of marriage. They made headlines in 2005 when they got engaged after just seven weeks of dating.
They have one daughter together, Suri, who is 11. Jamie meanwhile has two daughters, Corrine, 23, and Annalise, 7.
