Katie Price up in court for allegedly jumping red light

Katie Price is to stand trial for being caught on camera allegedly jumping a red light.

The former glamour model, whose £120,000 Bentley was snapped in West Sussex last August failing to stop at a traffic light, didn’t appear in person and instead pleaded not guilty by post.

She claims to be unsure who was driving that day and hasn’t confirmed to the police who was behind the wheel, according to the Sun.

The newspaper reports that Katie – aka Jordan – didn’t need to turn up in person at the Worthing Magistrates Court hearing yesterday, but is due to stand trial in July.

Meanwhile, the 36-year-old mum of five has been posting pictures of herself on a night out on her Instagram, captioning one of them: “Loving my best friend @larasfashiononline shorts I'm wearing tonight □cheeky.”

She also confirmed her new “bestie” was a much better singer then her, adding: “Now it's competition □”

Please don’t make us watch that awful duet of you and Peter Andre again, Katie.
