She said she was looking forward to “a very exciting fresh beginning” in 2020, after waving goodbye to a trash bag of a year – which included being declared bankrupt, losing her “mucky mansion”, and being banned from driving yet again.
But now Katie Price has some old scores to settle.
Last week, she lashed out at her ex and father of her 17-year-old son Harvey, former footballer Dwight Yorke, slamming him for not “seeing or supporting his own son”.
According to insiders, the cash-strapped star is more bitter than ever over Dwight’s absence – and she won’t rest until she gets a seriously expensive apology.
“Dwight is one of Katie’s wealthiest exes, and she feels she’s long-overdue some kind of settlement from him that would secure her and Harvey’s future,” says an insider close to the 41 year old.

Last week, Katie posted a video of Harvey saying, “I love you daddy Dwight,” alongside the caption, “Harvey doesn’t deserve this. [Dwight] sees his other son, Tiger, so I don’t understand!”

But as well as the comments calling her an “incredible mum”, there were many negative ones, accusing her of using Harvey for attention and to get at her ex.
“The problem is that Dwight sees Katie as a money grabber,” we’re told. “Some people have warned her that it could look like she’s trying to get him to bail her out of her financial troubles, but she’s saying he needs to pay up.
"She’s been told that he could be worth up to £18million – she’s now consulting with lawyers about asking Dwight for a one-off settlement.”
Last week, Katie whisked Harvey away to Thailand after reportedly being “banned” from taking away her other children – Junior, 14, Princess, 12, Jett, six, and five-year-old Bunny – by their respective fathers, Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler, who were worried about them missing the start of school.
She then promised fans she’d be returning as an “independent woman”, following reports that she’d split again from her on/off fiancé Kris Boyson.
