Things never seem to run smoothly in Tinseltown, do they? Especially where Katie Price is concerned. Katie is currently fighting a legal battle against ex Peter Andre and her former manager, Claire Powell, and wants to claim damages along with an injunction after saying that they leaked confidential information regarding her private life.

Claire and Peter have both denied they are responsible for coughing up, insisting that Katie's constant publicising and pushing herself into the public eye means her claims are invalid. We kinda have to agree. Remember THAT pink horse outfit? Just one of many, mind...

Now Katie is being forced to pay £200,000 to continue her claims into misuse against confidential information. An official at London's High Court has admitted that this amount would be enough to give Katie a "substantial interest" in complying with orders in the case. She's also been ordered to pay a further £85,000 by Master McCloud towards costs which have already incurred. The trial is not expected to take place until the end of 2015, and is expected to last approx ten days.

Anyone would think she was a millionaireness and this amount of dosh was nothing to her...
