Katie is looking to get damages from her former manager Claire Powell, who still manages ex-husband Pete. She claims that Claire misused her private information, reports The Mirror.
The legal battle is now set for January next year and could last around 10 days – and yes, the past is going to get dredged up.
Katie claims that Claire leaked private details about her to the press after she’d parted ways with her as a manager.
Peter and Katie have both moved on with new partners and babies, but that won’t stop a bitter battle from unfolding in court come next year.
An insider told the paper: “There’s going to be some real courtroom drama.
"All parties have had this hanging over their heads for so long, they’re prepared for anything.”
