We're all guilty of a little bit of social media over-sharing, let's be real. The odd shameless selfie, an annoying food pic and, if we're feeling particularly bold and daring, a sneaky little pool-side bikini shot. Sue us.
But one thing we're probably not brave enough to do is film our non-surgical cosmetics procedures and post them all over Instagram. Luckily for us though, Katie Price is.
Last night she posted a series of pictures and videos documenting the non-surgical procedures she was having at the hands of Shane Cooper (who's been getting around a bit NGL, he's been lifting the bum of every celeb under the sun) and his Lipo Firm Pro treatment.
In one of the video's Katie can be heard saying: "Here I am today using the Lipo Firm Pro. I'm having my bum shaped and I'm just maintaining it and having some skin tightening."

The post was also captioned:"Having my head to toe treatment with @shanecooperuk I'm so happy with my bottom #nonsurgicalbuttlift that now after 10 treatments I'm maintaining it 👏👏👏"
Katie then posted another video, this time having skin tightening and body contouring treatments on her stomach. The camera than moved up towards her face and revealed a frankly terrifying face mask.
Literally, WTF.

It turns out this demonic, spage-age contraption is actually an LED face mask – which is apparently great for the skin.
Katie finished off her non-surgical procedure showcase with two snaps revealing the results – and to be fair to her she did look pretty great.
